Tungsten Copper Electrical Contacts

Tungsten-Copper alloy is a two-element alloy mainly based on tungsten and supplemented by copper. It is a composite metal material. As metal copper and metal tungsten have a large difference in physical properties, it’s impossible to adopt casting process for production. Now the industry generally uses copper infiltration technology for production. Our infiltration copper technology is of the mostly historical research and skillful manufacturing experience in China.
Physical Properties of Tungsten & Copper
Properties | Density g/cm3 | Thermal Expansion Coefficient | Heat Conductivity w/(m·k) | Thermal Capacity J/(kg°C) | Modulus of Elasticity GPa | Poisson Density | Melting Point °C | Strength MPa |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
